The New Defender L663 Rear Suspension Skid Plate by Land Rover Passion is made from robust yet lightweight 8 mm aluminium. Entirely plug & play, it can be installed quickly using the specialised nuts provided.

Contrary to what it might seem at first glance, the rear anti-roll bar linkage is not adequately protected and is prone to breaking during off-road use. The rear suspension guard acts as a skid plate, preventing any external debris or rock from snagging the ball joint and providing definitive protection for the linkage arm.
