The table for the New Defender is made of 430 stainless steel and powder-coated with a polyester paint resistant to UV rays. The wooden top, unlike cheaper and more common bamboo tops, is made from Oak and is naturally treated by hand with boiled linseed oil.

When closed, the Molle panel allows you to attach any type of bag or item fitted with compatible Molle connectors. Our store also offers Quick Fist clamps, a perfect complement for attaching and transporting tools.

Two practical spring locks allow for quick opening of the table, either for use or simply to quickly access the tailgate pocket containing the emergency triangle. Why do you should install it?

First, because with this kit, the tailgate can be opened even in case of upper tailgate actuator fail, unfortunately very common, and when it occurs it forces you to open the lower tailgate panel, obviously with the boot closed, in order to manually operate the lock. This often requires a car body repairer intervention.

Of course it is also useful for anyone who lives their Discovery Overland style and sleeps inside the vehicle as well.

They have been designed to offer additional cargo space where you can attach any equipment. Made strong steel and powder coated with black finish, Land Rover Passion Discovery Tactical Panel is compatible with Quick Fist® clamps and any tactical molle solutions.

The panel can be installed on 5 and 7 seats vehicles. In 7 seats vehicles, the installation of the upper bracket is completely plug & play. Simply remove temporarily the passenger handle to insert the first anchoring plate of the panel under it. In 5 seats vehicle it is necessary to install the support for the passenger handle under the ceiling, not present as standard but available as an original Land Rover spare part with the code ALU780100.

Lower part of the panel is fixed inside the glove box with 3 screws. It is necessary to remove the glove box cover, which is simply fixed by interlocking.

The tactical panel Land Rover Passion has been developed for full compatibility with Land Rover’s original cargo barrier, which is recommended for use for safety reasons.  In 7 seats vehicles there is a curtain airbag so if you need to transport people in the third row of seats, you must to remove the panel. The system has therefore been designed and built to facilitate this operation. After the first installation, it will be sufficient to unscrew 3 nuts in the upper bracket and 2 in the lower one to release it from the other parts which will remain anchored to the car, making subsequent re-installation quick as well.

For the discerning, we also designed the tailgate tactical tailgate panel as well!
