With the new CFX5 series, Dometic has succeeded in improving on the previous CFX3 series, which is considered one of the best portable refrigerators worldwide. The new CFX5 series is ready for overlanding, off-griding, van life, big outdoor weekends and demanding trips.
The use of VIP vacuum panels allows the device to be lighter, offer more interior space and be more efficient. The latest generation compressor has a silent operation with a noise reduction of 5 dB. Thanks to the dedicated app, the portable refrigerator can be perfectly controlled.

Powerful compressor
The new VMSO 3.5 compressor is up to 5 dB quieter than the CFX3 series compressors. It automatically adjusts the compressor speed according to demand, thus consuming much less than a fixed-speed compressor. The refrigerator can withstand an inclination of 30° for short periods and the evaporator spreads the cold evenly over the entire interior surface area
